Carpenters Workshop Gallery in Mitry-Mory seeks an Operations & Registrar to coordinate packing, transport, and installation of artworks across global operations, from studios to galleries, fairs, and private deliveries.

You will work with the Global Head of Logistics to manage end-to-end shipments, inventory, condition reporting, and customs, while driving process improvement and delivering luxury-standard service for all client-facing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in packing, shipping and transport of artworks.
• Knowledge of customs documentation and art transport regulations.
• Experience coordinating shipments internationally.
• Ability to develop standard operating procedures and process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Organise safe packing and transport of artworks.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and installations.
• Manage customs documentation and insurance certificates.
• Update shipping records and inventory logs in CWG databases.
• Prepare condition reports (Articheck) within 24 hours of receiving artworks.
• Support budgeting and cost-control activities with the Global Head of Logistics.
