PVH Corp. in the Greater Paris area seeks an experienced Area Manager to oversee the Outlet business, drive commercial performance and operational excellence. You will lead and develop Store Managers, foster a best-in-class client experience, implement HQ initiatives, and ensure consistent retail standards and processes across all stores in the region.

• University Degree in Economics or related studies.
• At least 5 years’ experience as Area Manager within structured Retail company.
• Experience managing large-scale, high-volume retail across stores.
• Strong business acumen and ability to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilidades

• Set ambitious goals for Store Managers aligned with PVH’s vision for a high-standard client experience and PVH Retail Strategy.
• Lead and guide Store Managers to train the sales force focusing on development and growth.
• Organize workforce planning to stay within budget and maximize performance.
• Translate reports and sales analysis into strategy and business plans for profit opportunities.
• Guarantee integration and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relations with peers through feedback and best practices.
• Handle staffing issues, conduct appraisals and performance reviews.
• Pursue new business opportunities, competitive analysis and market research.
• Ensure high standards for quality, customer service and health and safety.
