Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with completion between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Strong communication skills, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program for Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.

Responsabilités

• Learn to coach, manage and develop a team of 50-100 Amazon Associates.
• Drive standard work and continuous improvement through an intern project.
• Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment.
• Stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours and rotate nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Oversee operations, support teams, and ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Develop your internship project and provide leadership on the floor.
