ESCP Business School seeks a Program officer to coordinate and manage programmes delivered in Dubai and related Executive Education projects. You will work with ESCP's internal teams, faculty and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery across a multi-campus environment.

The role requires strong organisational skills, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on administrative tasks to support programme delivery at the Dubai Campus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the operational monitoring and follow-up of ongoing projects and activities.
• Manage programme administration tools and processes, including grade entry, diploma printing, certificates of achievement and related administrative tasks.
• Provide coordination support to faculty members, the Programme team and support functions, including the use of Aurion and Canvas LMS.
• Ensure effective follow-up and support of programme participants.
• Contribute to the logistical and administrative organisation of training sessions.
• Update management tools, dashboards and reporting documents, including documentation related to accreditations.
• Identify operational issues and bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of programme management processes.
