Overview

What you’ll do

A versatile role covering internal and external communications and Campus Management activities. Bring creativity to the SAP adventure on campus.

MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participation in the development and implementation of the internal communications plan.
• Elaboration of communication support: writing internal and external articles, videos, slides for Tower screens, blog animation, employee interviews, newsletters, etc.
• Coordination of internal All-Hands events and complete management of a monthly Flash event (creating the agenda, finding speakers, etc.).
• Monitor new event formats and new ways of communicating to attract employees to participate in the life of Labs Paris.
• Create and facilitate activities and events to promote knowledge exchanges and training.
• Foster the community of trainers and experts and help it grow.
• Manage social networks (LinkedIn).
• Support the campus manager on student forums and in content creation to attract new talent.
• A plus: taking photos and videos / editing.
• Other duties as needed; the position will evolve with your input.

• Student in 4th / 5th year (Master 1 or 2 level) in communication
• Good interpersonal skills with a dynamic personality
• Strong French writing skills
• Intermediate level in English
• Ability to manage a project independently

• A plus: mastering editing software (Canva, Photoshop)

The Site Director is the local representative and is part of the Labs Office team in which the apprentice will evolve.

Duration: 12 to 24 months

Start date: August 2025

This contract is subject to remuneration in line with the applicable collective agreement (Convention SYNTEC).
