Job summary

Avantor is seeking an Apprentice – Targeted Sales Actions, Datamining & Technical Support to support the IPs Team in boosting sales within existing accounts. You will map decision-makers, execute campaigns, and track outcomes while providing technical support for product ranges and offers.

You will work within a collaborative team, using Salesforce for CRM, and develop dual data and product skills in a dynamic science-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Student in Bac+2 to Bac+4 in analytical marketing, biochemistry, biology, data/CRM or technical sales.
• First experience in a B2B or scientific environment is appreciated.
• Strong interest in developing sales and identifying new business opportunities.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Targeted sales actions & Direct marketing within existing contracted accounts.
• Identify and map relevant contacts and decision-makers.
• Execute sales campaigns to promote products and initiatives.
• CRM & performance tracking: record activities and monitor KPIs.
• Provide first-level technical responses and follow-up offers to maximize conversions.
