Zusammenfassung

AQEMIA is seeking an Applied AI Research Scientist to join the Drug Discovery Platform, dividing time between AI research and applied ML for discovery programs. You will design deep learning models (GNNs, generative, physics-informed) and build ML solutions that guide compound prioritization alongside chemists and biologists.

Based in Paris or London with up to two remote days per week, you’ll collaborate across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-growing company backed with strong funding.

Qualifikationen

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, ML, Computational Chemistry, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy and collaborative mindset.
• ~3-5 years of experience applying ML in scientific or industrial settings.
• Strong experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Solid Python programming skills and experience with scientific computing libraries.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement novel Deep Learning algorithms (GNNs, generative, physics-based models).
• Take part in cutting-edge research and bibliographic exploration.
• Collaborate with research and drug discovery teams to translate models into actionable insights.
