Overview

Application Engineer (f / m / d)

Responsibilities

• Project management work, workshops and trainings at our national and international customers for our specific software solutions E3 / DS-E3
• Active participation in the requirements and process analysis as well as documentation of the implementation
• Configuration of the ZUKEN solution according to customer requirements
• Responsibility for adherence to budget, quality and delivery dates
• Development and implementation of customer-specific test concepts and plans
• Commissioning of our software and database solutions according to customer requirements
• Processing of technical support requests in the area of ZUKEN solutions

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in business informatics / computer science or training as a technician in electrical engineering or IT specialist or equivalent
• Experience with electrical and fluidic design processes and associated tools (CAD, PLM,..) as an Application Engineer
• Experience with project management
• Understanding of data management for E-CAD system solutions and their integration in the PDM / PDL environment
• Familiar with MS-Office and SQL databases
• Convincing communication and presentation skills in French and English
• Structured way of working and proactive action
• Willingness to travel within France and other European countries
