Servier France in Suresnes seeks a Regional Operations Director APAC to bridge Headquarters with regional affiliates, prioritizing India and Vietnam, and driving strategic alignment and transformation across the region.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, shape the 3YP, and promote operational excellence while traveling to affiliates as required. This is a high-impact leadership role within a global pharma group committed to therapeutic progress.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced business or scientific degree (MBA, MS, Ph.D. preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects.
• International experience is highly preferred.
• Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; others are a plus.

• Drive strategic alignment between HQ and regional affiliates, focusing on India and Vietnam.
• Lead complex transformation projects and drive operational excellence.
• Contribute to Three-Year Plan and long-term strategic reflections.
• Support General Managers in solving challenges and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Lead regional communities to share best practices and foster innovation.
