Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Compliance professional to draft and update policies, conduct third-party due diligence, and drive risk assessment activities across a multinational framework.

The role emphasizes pragmatic problem solving, coordination across functions, and training delivery to sustain Sapin II compliance and regulatory monitoring. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in law or compliance.
• At least four years of experience in compliance within a multinational company, law firm, or major consulting firm.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong collaborative and coordination mindset.
• Pragmatic and solutions-oriented.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a high degree of responsiveness and flexibility in line with management requests.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Draft and update compliance policies and implementation procedures.
• Conduct third-party due diligence on clients, suppliers, and other partners.
• Conduct assessment interviews, provide pragmatic recommendations, prepare reports, ensure corrective action plans defined and implemented, and validate closures.
• Participate in identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks, and in improving the risk map.
• Maintain liaison with internal functions to address compliance risks and support an integrated approach to compliance.
• Oversee the rollout of the awareness program and deliver training.
• Implement the annual action plan, particularly with Sapin II Law.
• Participate in development of IT tools and information systems.
• Participate in the conflict-of-interest campaign.
• Contribute to the global regulatory monitoring program.
• Coordinate the Compliance team and work with the Ethics & Compliance Representatives network.
• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of digital collaboration tools and the use of AI.
• Participate in coordinating the Three Lines of Defense model.
