UN Secretariat invites a Transparency Network Coordinator to lead the Anglophone Caribbean Network within the CT-GSP programme. The role focuses on strengthening regional transparency networks through active country engagement and peer learning.

You will connect CT-GSP with national focal points, regional institutions and partners, translating country needs into regional actions and providing targeted support to accelerate knowledge transfer and programme development.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in climate change, environmental sciences, public policy, or economics.
• A first-level degree with significant professional experience may be accepted.
• Certification as a UNFCCC BTR reviewer is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify and monitor country and regional transparency capacity needs and translate into regional activities.
• Provide technical, needs-based support in ETF areas and facilitate peer-to-peer learning.
• Coordinate regional capacity-building initiatives, technical assistance, and quality reviews.
• Strengthen coordination with other transparency support providers.
• Maintain accurate regional information and document activities, results, and lessons learned for project management and reporting.
