Job summary

BESTSECRET is seeking a Business Performance & Customer Centricity Intern in Paris to gain hands-on experience in analytics, reporting tools, and cross-functional collaboration within our core consumer business.

You will analyze data, build dashboards in Power BI, and work with country managers to inform strategic decisions. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in business or data analysis, with strong SQL skills and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or final year in Business, Economics, Data Analysis, Statistics or related field.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and analytical mindset.
• Advanced SQL knowledge (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive team player able to work independently.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance monitoring tools.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Collaborate with country managers to gather data, interpret results, and support strategic decisions.
• Contribute to customer-centric and performance-related projects under the guidance of senior team members.
