Airbus SAS in Toulouse seeks a Business Analyst for Performance & Advanced Analytics within the Digital Transformation Department. You will join the Cabin Supplier Interface Team working on end-to-end demonstrators to secure on-time deliveries, bridging operational processes with advanced analytics across SAP S/4HANA Cloud and data platforms.

The role requires 4+ years in performance data analytics, strong skills in process mining, KPI modelling, and BI dashboards, plus French and technical

Qualifications

• Background in Engineering and analytics.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in performance data analysis and analytics requirements engineering.
• Experience with process mining, KPI modeling, and BI tooling.

Responsabilités

• Analyze operational workflows using process mining to map business processes and define analytics scenarios.
• Model complex KPIs and design forward-looking dashboards in analytics systems.
• Assess analytics features of SAP S/4HANA Cloud mockup and AI/data platforms (Palantir, AWS, Gemini).
• Translate business needs into functional analytical requirements for SAP and IT teams.
• Facilitate hands-on workshops and champion data-driven change for business users.
