Qualifications

• Engineering background with professional experience.
• 4+ years in performance data analysis and analytics requirements engineering.
• Experience with process mining, event log analysis, workflow mapping.
• Strong KPI modeling, BI and self-service analytics dashboards.
• Industrial operations, PLM integration (3DX PLM), and ERP knowledge.
• Fluent in French and Technical English (written and spoken).

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Business Analyst Performance & Advanced Analytics (f/m) to join our Digital Transformation Department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing Single Aisle Supplier activities.

As part of the Cabin Supplier Interface Team, you will be involved in End-to-End demonstrator aiming at securing Aircraft deliveries on time and Quality.

As part of a major digital transformation project, Airbus is deploying an End-to-End demonstrator connecting SAP S/4HANA Cloud, 3DX PLM, and advanced data platforms (Palantir, AWS, Gemini). Your core challenge is to bridge operational business processes and advanced analytics to optimize overall aircraft delivery performance.

Your challenges:

• Analyze operational workflows using process mining techniques to map business processes and define advanced analytics scenarios (e.g. predictive material shortage detection).
• Model complex business KPIs and design forward-looking dashboards within the target analytics systems.
• Assess and test the advanced analytics features of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud mockup and alternative AI/Data platforms (Palantir, AWS, Gemini).
• Translate operational business needs into precise functional analytical requirements for external SAP providers and internal IT teams.
• Act as primary liaison for the business user community by facilitating hands-on workshops and championing data-driven change.

Your boarding pass:

• Background in Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in performance data analysis and analytics requirements engineering.
• Technical expertise in Process Mining tools, event log analysis, and workflow mapping.
• Advanced skills in KPI modeling, Business Intelligence, and self-service analytics dashboarding.
• Strong domain knowledge in industrial operations, product lifecycle management (3DX PLM integration), and ERP frameworks.
• Resilience & data-driven problem-solving mindset: Comfortable working in iterative, mock-up environments with continuous refinement.
• Key specific skill: Deep knowledge of ATA54 pylon architecture and related aircraft/engine interfaces.
• Languages: Fluent in both French and Technical English (written and spoken).
