A leading global real estate firm is seeking an Analyst to manage asset oversight and support investment initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Real Estate or finance, with 1-3 years of relevant experience and strong skills in financial modelling and communication. Fluency in French and English is essential. This full-time role is based in Paris and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment.

Team Overview

# LI-DNI

LaSalles Assets under Management cover the full spectrum of Core to Value-Add investments. The French Asset Management team is currently composed of 7 Asset Managers and has Assets under Management of approximately 3.5 billion euros. The team manages investments in France and Luxembourg and forms part of LaSalles Continental European business working notably on several cross‑border initiatives.

Role and Accountabilities

The analyst will identify and undertake asset management initiatives on the allocated assets. The successful candidate will support the asset management team in their day‑to‑day tasks and financial analysis.

  • Maintain comprehensive asset oversight: tenant schedules, rent collection, monitoring guarantees, Capex works and property documentation.
  • Develop and update annual property budgets and strategic business plans for individual assets.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual investor reports.
  • Respond to ad‑hoc investor requests and provide timely analysis.
  • Coordinate property valuations with external experts and analyse valuation reports.
  • Contribute to sales processes through data room preparation and due diligence monitoring.
  • Drive ESG performance improvements including certifications, GRESB ratings, net‑zero carbon initiatives, etc.
  • Support the implementation of new tools and technology solutions.
  • Control property data integration into LaSalles system.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Real Estate or finance degree with strong academic achievement preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in real‑estate asset management (including internships).
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and financial modelling.
  • Knowledge of French real‑estate market practices (leasing, property management regulations, ESG requirements).
  • Understanding of real‑estate financial metrics and valuation principles.
  • Native French speaker with fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced international environment.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities with strong project management skills.
  • Proactive approach with ability to bring innovative solutions.
  • Client‑focused mentality with commitment to quality delivery.
  • Previous exposure to investor reporting or client relations.
  • Knowledge of ESG frameworks and sustainability certifications.
