AURIVA-Elevage, acteur majeur de la génétique bovine en France, recherche un ingénieur agricole spécialisé en production animale pour renforcer son domaine R&D à Soual (81). Cette position en CDI s’inscrit dans un réseau de 8 coopératives et 2,3 millions de doses bovines distribuées.

• Ingénieur agronome spécialisé en production animale, avec une expérience initiale souhaitée.
• Intérêt marqué pour l’élevage bovin et la génétique.
• Bonnes aptitudes relationnelles et capacité à travailler en équipe.

Responsabilités

• Collaborer avec les services pour générer des idées innovantes.
• Suivre les tendances du secteur et contribuer aux efforts de la division.
• Animer des groupes de travail et des réunions.
• Analyser des données et des statistiques.
• Rédiger des documents récapitulatifs et des présentations.
• Lancer de nouveaux projets et structurer les projets.
• Déplacements occasionnels sur le terrain.

Missions

• Collaborate with various company departments to generate innovative ideas that provide solutions for today’s and tomorrow’s livestock farmers.
• Monitor industry trends and contribute to the division’s collective efforts.
• Facilitate working groups and meetings.
• Analyze data and statistics.
• Preparation of summary documents and presentations.
• Launching new projects (responding to calls for proposals, project structuring).
• Occasional field trips (phenotyping on farms, field surveys, etc.).

Profile

• Agricultural engineer specializing in animal production, preferably with some initial industry experience.
• Strong interest in cattle farming and genetics.
• Good interpersonal skills; interest in teamwork. Curiosity, independence, and ability to take initiative.
• Interest in data analysis.
• Strong writing skills.
• Business-level English.
• Class B driver’s license.

Contract

Full-time permanent position available starting September 1, 2026.
