AURIVA-Elevage recherche un responsable logistique pour le site de Brindas (69). Vous gèrerez l’approvisionnement en embryons bovins et caprins et superviserez les flux de marchandises, y compris à l’international, en coordination avec la production, les services techniques et le commercial.

Vous concevrez et suivrez des indicateurs et tableaux de bord, assurerez la sécurité et la formation de l’équipe (4 personnes) et négocierez des contrats avec des prestataires et fournisseurs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-year college degree in logistics or related field.
• 2 years of experience in logistics and distribution.
• Str ong leadership and remote team management abilities.
• Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et d’outils logistiques.

Responsabilités

• Manage the supply of bovine and caprine embryos and straws.
• Oversee the planning and management of the flow of goods—from receipt and storage through shipping to delivery to the customer—including international shipments
• Establish metrics and dashboards to monitor logistics operations
• Ensure the smooth operation of the teams (4 employees) and be responsible for their safety and training in the use of logistics tools
• Negotiate and establish contracts with service providers and suppliers

AURIVA is looking for a logistics manager to join its team at the Brindas (69) site.

Your Responsibilities Will Include The Following

• Manage the supply of bovine and caprine embryos and straws for our AURIVA Union (in coordination with production, technical services, and sales).
• Oversee the planning and management of the flow of goods—from receipt and storage through shipping to delivery to the customer—including international shipments
• Establish metrics and dashboards to monitor logistics operations
• Ensure the smooth operation of the teams (4 employees) and be responsible for their safety and training in the use of logistics tools

Profile

Minimum 3-year college degree, with 2 years of experience in logistics and distribution

• As a recognized manager, you are driven by improving your teams’ performance and by leading project-based initiatives. You know how to manage remote teams
• Responsive, organized, and pragmatic, you also possess strong analytical skills and are proactive in generating ideas
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and logistics management tools
• A certificate of competence in transportation would be a plus
• Class B driver’s license required
