Harmonic France recherche un apprenti ingénieur pour rejoindre l'équipe R&D dédiées aux technologies d'accès optique et au développement de systèmes embarqués et de solutions de gestion pour les réseaux de fibre.

Vous participerez à des projets techniques, explorerez des solutions et utiliserez des outils IA pour soutenir le développement et l'analyse, tout en développant vos compétences en Linux et en programmation C++/Python.

Qualifications

• Étudiant en école d'ingénieurs en informatique, systèmes et réseaux.
• Confort dans les environnements Linux et connaissances en technologies réseau.
• Intérêt pour le développement en C/C++ et/ou Python.
• Curieux avec le goût de comprendre le fonctionnement des systèmes.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
• Première expérience en développement est appréciée mais non obligatoire.

Responsabilités

• Participer à des projets techniques en systèmes, réseaux et/ou développement logiciel.
• Explorer, tester et évaluer des solutions techniques.
• Utiliser des outils IA pour soutenir le développement et l'analyse.
• Contribuer à l'amélioration des solutions existantes (outils, doc, automation).
• Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe sur une variété de sujets techniques.

Within our R&D team dedicated to optical access technologies (EPON, GPON, XGS-PON), you will contribute to the development of embedded systems and management solutions for next-generation fiber networks.

Within our R&D team dedicated to optical access technologies (EPON, GPON, XGS-PON), you will contribute to the development of embedded systems and management solutions for next-generation fiber networks.

We are looking for a motivated engineering apprentice with a strong interest in technical environments, particularly for Linux and software development (C++, Python). You are eager to develop your skills in systems, networking, and modern tools, including the use of AI as a support for development and investigation.

What You Will Be Doing

• Take part in technical projects related to systems, networking, and/or software development.
• Explore, test, and evaluate technical solutions.
• Use AI tools to support development, understanding, and analysis tasks.
• Contribute to the improvement of existing solutions (tools, documentation, automation).
• Work collaboratively with the team on a wide range of technical topics.

What You Should Have

• Student enrolled in an engineering program or equivalent in computer science, systems, and networks.
• Comfortable with Linux environments and eager to further develop your knowledge of networking technologies.
• You have an interest in C/C++ and/or Python development.
• Curious, with a genuine interest in understanding how systems and tools work.
• Able to work independently while knowing when to reach out to the team for support.
• Previous experience in development is a plus but not required; motivation to learn and grow within the team is essential.
