Alloga France, part of Cencora, is seeking an apprentice in logistics to participate in standardising operational processes and improving flow efficiency. You will assist in updating procedures, mapping picking zones, and supporting the WMS configuration on site in Seiches-sur-le-Loir.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in BTS MEL/TP TSMEL or equivalent, with first logistics exposure, a rigorous and analytical mindset, and a willingness to learn through a structured training program starting

Qualifications

• Pursuing BTS MEL/TP TSMEL or equivalent; first logistics experience is a plus.
• You are rigorous and have an analytical mindset.
• apprenticeship starts September 2026 and includes training and support.

Responsabilités

• Standardise operational processes: formalise and update logistic processes; draft procedures and best practices; support deployment with teams.
• Continuous improvement of operational processes: contribute to flow optimisation and performance projects; monitor KPIs; participate in audits and improvement workshops (quality, organisation, costs).
• Support WMS configuration: assist usage and optimisation of the WMS; optimise picking area organisation (mapping, re-layout); provide field-team training and coaching.

Missions

1. Standardisation des process opérationnels : Participer à la formalisation et à la mise à jour des process logistiques; Contribuer à la rédaction des procédures et bonnes pratiques; Accompagner leur déploiement auprès des équipes.
2. Amélioration continue des process opérationnels : Contribuer à des projets d'optimisation des flux et de performance; Suivre les indicateurs opérationnels et proposer des actions d'amélioration; Participer à des audits et ateliers d'amélioration (qualité, organisation, coûts).
3. Support au paramétrage de notre WMS : Accompagner l'utilisation et l'optimisation du WMS; Optimiser l'organisation des flux et des zones de picking (mapping, réimplantation); Être un support aux équipes terrain (formation, accompagnement).

Profil recherché

Vous préparez une formation type BTS MEL/ TP TSMEL ou équivalent; Une première expérience en environnement logistique et un plus; Vous êtes rigoureux et avez un esprit analytique.
