Balt is seeking an enthusiastic apprentice to join the International Product Management team in Paris. You will assist with collateral creation, product testing, and supporting global sales and marketing activities.

Ideal candidates have an engineering or scientific background, strong English skills, and a genuine interest in a 2-year apprenticeship within the medical device sector. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Scientific background is required.
• Experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Adaptable, organized, curious, creative, passionate and a team player, honest and open-minded.
• Currently seeking a 2-year apprenticeship opportunity.

Responsabilités

• Daily support to international product managers by creating/updating collateral tools for the sales force.
• Assist with product testing to meet market needs and support direct sales teams and our international distribution network.
• Support on marketing projects and events such as users’ meetings, annual sales meetings, congresses, etc.

About This Opportunity – Apprenticeship Product Manager Assistant

Missions (detailed but not exhaustive):

1 - Daily support in carrying out the tasks of the international product managers team:

• Creation / update of collateral tools intended for the sales force
• Testings on products to answer market needs
• Support to direct sales teams / marketeers & our international distribution network
• Communication with sales force

2 - Support on different events & in promoting product ranges at users’ meetings, annual sales meeting, congresses etc.

3 - Support on different Marketing projects, such as but not limited to:

• Company projects
• Learning platform
• Promotion campaign

Qualification Requirements / Skills

• Engineering or Scientific,
• Positive business experience, ideally in the medical device industry
• Fluent in English
• Adaptable & organized / Curious / Creative & passionate / Team player / Honest and open-minded
