TotalEnergies Group's Trading & Shipping division seeks an experienced backend engineer to design, develop and industrialize algorithmic trading solutions used by traders across European markets.

You will work at the intersection of trading and technology, building robust, scalable tools, deploying in Cloud environments (AWS) and ensuring production-grade quality for real-time data flows.

Formación

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Financial Markets, or a related field.
• Strong experience in software development with performance, reliability and responsiveness as key factors.
• Proficient in Python (and/or C#) and in architectures requiring technical rigor.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and industrialize algorithmic trading solutions for traders.
• Industrialize and optimize existing solutions for production readiness and scalability.
• Design and develop high-performance backend services in Python and/or C#.
• Contribute to improving software architectures and development best practices.
• Ensure the quality, reliability and performance of business-critical trading applications.
