Air Customer Service

The Role

• Organising the administrative aspects of transport from the sender's premises to their final destination (collection, drafting and checking each form/document)
• Managing freight and related issues (complaints, delays, etc.)
• Responsible for the smooth running of the entire service, right through to invoicing
• Choosing the appropriate means of transport
• Negotiating with carriers and airlines
• Preparing documentation
• Preparing air freight quotations for our overseas offices, customers and prospects
• The role is based in our brand-new office in Lyon
