Une organisation de soutien social recherche trois travailleurs médico-psychologiques pour un contrat permanent à temps plein. Vous participerez au développement des personnes accueillies tout en assurant leur accompagnement dans la vie quotidienne. Le poste requiert un diplôme d'état et une capacité à travailler en équipe. Le salaire brut mensuel est compris entre 2000 et 2200 €.

Job Offer n° 198MBPK - Medico-Psychological Support (M/F)

We are seeking 3 Medico-Psychological Support Workers (M/F) on a permanent contract - 3 x 1 FTE - Adult Pole - Respelido Life Shelter. The position is to be filled as soon as possible.

Under the authority of the head of service, the Medico-Psychological Support Worker participates in the development of the people admitted and accompanies them in the acts of daily life. The missions include:

• Participating in the animation of social life and activity times,
• Organizing and adjusting interventions with the people admitted in conjunction with different projects,
• Participating in the development and implementation of the educational project,
• Ensuring the implementation of the personalized project,
• Ensuring the follow-up of actions included in the individualized support project.

The requirements include:

• Being a state-graduated Medico-Psychological Support Worker or AES (DEAMP/DEAES),
• Having listening, analytical, and decision-making skills,
• Being discreet, rigorous, curious, and autonomous,
• Being able to work in a team and take responsibilities,
• Mastering computer tools.

Type of contract: Permanent - 35 hours/week - Work on Sundays. Salary: Gross monthly salary from 2000.0 Euros to 2200.0 Euros over 12 months. Travel: Occasional travel required.
