Job summary

Homa Games in Paris is seeking an AI Unity Tools Engineer to build next-gen QA automation and development tooling. You will own AI-driven QA across our Unity portfolio, improving reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency of game builds and testing.

You'll work across AI, Unity, QA automation, DevOps, and infrastructure, delivering tools used by studios and mobile teams while measuring impact and driving adoption.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Unity and testing contexts in games.
• Proven experience using AI-enabled engineering workflows in practice.
• Strong DevOps understanding, including TeamCity, build pipelines, and infrastructure.
• Ability to work across technical topics while understanding product and business context.
• Experience in complex environments with meaningful product and testing volumes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-enabled QA automation pipelines across Homa's major Unity games.
• Maintain and improve TeamCity build pipelines and infrastructure for reliable game builds.
• Onboard new games and tools onto the platform without sacrificing service quality.
• Test AI-driven QA approaches to reduce manual testing and legacy tooling reliance.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, studios, and mobile teams to ensure tool adoption.
• Track impact on testing time, build reliability, and cost, then turn into recommendations.
