Haddad Brands Europe is seeking an AI & Digital Innovation Specialist based in Saint-Denis to lead AI strategy, design and deploy AI-powered solutions, and collaborate with business units to maximize value. The role emphasizes governance, responsible AI, and stakeholder engagement while driving adoption across retail and wholesale channels.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years in AI or digital transformation, strong English, and hands-on ability to implement copilots, LLMs, and analytics

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI, data analytics, automation or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, ML, and LLMs.
• Experience with Copilot, Azure AI Services, Claude or similar.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• AI Strategy & Innovation: identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases.
• Solution Design & Implementation: build AI-powered solutions using Copilot, Azure AI, LLMs, and Power Platform.
• Business Partnership: collaborate with stakeholders to translate challenges into AI use cases.
• Governance & Compliance: ensure security, governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI.
• Adoption & Change Management: promote AI adoption and provide training and coaching.
