The role targets candidates currently pursuing a Master or PhD at a top engineering school with strong Python skills and experience in PyTorch/TensorFlow.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master or PhD at a top engineering school.
• Strong foundation in generative AI and NLP.
• Experience with Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Familiarity with MLOps, model evaluation and production usage.

Responsibilities

• Work with the fine-tuning team on state-of-the-art generative models.
• Run autonomous work streams under supervision of senior scientists.
• Contribute to design and implementation of ML models and algorithms.
• Research latest NLP and LLM advances and publish findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply LLM tech.
• Perform data analysis and visualization to support R&D.
• Document findings in technical reports and publications.
