Hornetsecurity is seeking an AI Research Engineer to join the PAIR team in a hybrid role based in Neuilly-sur-Seine or Hem. You will lead end-to-end AI services from prototyping to production within a cybersecurity-focused environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

You will monitor advances in AI/ML, contribute to the technical roadmap, and document results while maintaining high standards of technical quality and communication.

Qualifications

• Applied AI research engineer with at least 3 years of experience in backend development or AI in production.
• Strong command of Go and Python for AI/ML workloads.
• Solid experience with cloud-native architectures: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, distributed systems.

Responsabilités

• Own AI solutions from prototype to production.
• Ensure robustness, performance and scalability of AI services.
• Benchmark AI models and document results.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinar teams to deliver robust AI systems.
• Contribute to technical roadmap and monitor AI/ML advancements.
• Provide technical leadership and high-quality documentation.
