EGYM is hiring a Data & Analytics Engineer to shape the data foundation powering EGYM Wellpass and EGYM Technology in Paris or Munich. You will transform complex data landscapes into scalable models and build the semantic layer for BI, analytics, and AI-powered experiences.

The role emphasizes data modeling, Snowflake, dbt, and modern data tooling, with a strong focus on data quality, governance, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or similar
• Strong experience with dimensional data modeling and analytics modeling
• Hands-on with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse, dbt, SQL; Python and orchestration tools valuable

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and operate data pipelines across heterogeneous sources
• Develop scalable analytical data models with clear grains, facts, and dimensions
• Build and evolve a semantic layer for BI, analytics, and AI
• Shape AI-ready data models and metadata for AI-powered analytics
• Improve engineering discipline with testing, CI/CD, observability, and data contracts
• Explore AI-assisted development to improve productivity and enable new data interactions
• Collaborate on architecture and standards across the data platform
