Evaneos is hiring an AI Product Engineer in Paris to design, build and operate AI-native travel experiences. You will own end‑to‑end product development, from framing problems to live monitoring, delivering traveler‑facing AI and scalable infra.

The role blends product thinking with hands-on engineering, in a cross‑functional Pathfinder team. You’ll work on AI agents, ensure cost-quality balance, and maintain production readiness while collaborating with PMs, designers and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Built and deployed AI agents in production with real users.
• Implemented LLM evaluation pipelines (offline/online).
• Experience with observability for LLM systems (tracing/monitoring).

Responsabilités

• Design and build AI-native products (AI agents).
• Shape context engineering to steer models and control costs.
• Create evaluation and observability pipelines for product quality.
• Own infra and deployment pipelines for fast, reliable delivery.
• Collaborate with product/design/business to solve end‑to‑end problems.
