Job summary

Quandela is seeking a leading AI Platform Architect to build and run the internal AI platform, collaborating with Legal, Finance, Hardware and Software teams to implement scalable AI solutions. You will co-own the architecture with the IT Manager and drive the adoption of AI tools across the organization.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in AI/ML/CS/Data Science, 5+ years in related roles, and strong Python/JavaScript skills, plus fluency in French and English. On-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in AI/ML/CS/Data Science/Applied Math with strong software foundations.
• 5+ years in software engineering, automation, data engineering or technical product roles.
• Proven track record delivering LLM-based automations with API integrations and workflow platforms (n8n/Make).
• Ability to write/integrate code in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript with APIs/webhooks.
• RAG, evaluation, observability, and security for LLM systems.
• Product mindset with simple, practical solutions and measurable impact.
• Leadership of a champions community across diverse teams.
• Strong data discipline: classify data, document decisions, and measure outcomes.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
• On-site presence at least 3 days/week with travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Build and run Quandela's internal AI platform; select/integrate stack, own catalog and costs with IT Manager.
• Deliver automations and agents with teams; qualify use cases, build workflows and agents.
• Drive adoption and skills; lead AI literacy programs and self-service tooling for non‑technical teams.
• Ensure safety; define data access hierarchy and guardrails for coding agents.
• Animate the AI community by organizing workshops and learning sessions.
