Job summary

Deel is seeking a creative director to lead AI-native production across video and design within our global studio. This hands-on role will define and build the standards for AI-driven work, blending traditional and AI-led production to deliver brand campaigns at scale.

You will shape workflows, set quality standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure impactful, responsible use of AI in creative output across multiple countries and formats.

Qualifications

• At least ten years across video, motion, or design with direction and production.
• Recent work directed with generative AI that stands up as creative work first.
• Deep knowledge of the current tooling and clear judgment about where it breaks.
• Proven ability to build a workflow other people can actually use.
• A point of view on likeness, disclosure, and provenance.

Responsibilities

• Define how we make AI-native creative work and prove it by making the work.
• Set the standard for AI-enabled production across video and design.
• Collaborate with brand designers and video teams to deliver campaigns.
• Create a repeatable method for the team to scale this work.
