Keensight Capital is seeking an AI Intern / AI Deployment Strategist to join its Performance Team in Paris. You will help design, deploy and scale AI solutions across Keensight and its portfolio companies, building AI agents and automated workflows that create tangible business impact.

You will collaborate with the AI project team and other internal groups to translate operational needs into practical AI tools, while staying current on agentic AI, LLMs, and deployment practices.

Position Summary

Keensight Capital is seeking a talented and motivated AI Intern / AI Deployment Strategist to join its Performance Team.

As a core contributor to the firm’s AI transformation, you will work closely with the AI team and key internal stakeholders to help design, deploy and scale AI solutions across Keensight and its portfolio companies.

This is a hands-on role focused on building AI agents, automated workflows and practical AI-enabled tools that create tangible business impact across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows to solve business problems, such as deal flow screening, LP reporting, internal knowledge retrieval or operational process automation
• Work closely with the AI project team and other internal teams, including Investor Relations, Legal, Platform and Investment teams, to identify use cases and translate operational needs into practical AI solutions
• Contribute to defining and prioritizing the AI agent roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs and user adoption
• Support the deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement of AI agents in production, including tracking usage, gathering feedback and iterating on prompts and configurations
• Help ensure adoption of AI solutions by working closely with end users, documenting tools and supporting change management where needed
• Contribute to data preparation, integration and workflow automation when required
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI, with a particular focus on agentic AI, LLM capabilities, automation tools and the Dust platform roadmap

Candidate Profile

Education

Graduate from a top-tier engineering school or university with knowledge in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, applied mathematics or a related field.

Experience

• Academic, project or professional experience in AI, data science, automation or software engineering
• Previous exposure to consulting, scale-up environments, private equity or business-oriented technology projects is a plus
• Experience delivering AI or data projects with real business impact would be highly valued

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks and data formats such as JSON and CSV
• Strong interest in Generative AI, LLMs and agentic AI solutions
• Good understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations, including context windows, RAG, tool use and multi-agent orchestration
• Strong prompt engineering skills, with the ability to design, test and iterate on prompts to produce reliable and accurate outputs
• Familiarity with no-code / low-code AI and automation platforms, ideally Dust, and adjacent tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier
• Good understanding of data wrangling, analysis and automation workflows
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, is a plus

• Experience working with AI agents or workflow automation tools
• Familiarity with Dust or similar AI deployment platforms
• Understanding of MLOps or AI deployment practices, including monitoring, versioning and continuous improvement
• Basic knowledge of business domains such as healthcare, SaaS or B2B technology
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
