Alignerr is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst (AI Training) to join our remote, hourly-contract team. You will review policies, analyze controls, and help train AI systems to reason about security and compliance.

You will classify compliance scenarios across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST; evaluate risk statements; and provide precise, structured feedback. Independent, self-driven work style is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on GRC, compliance, or risk management experience.
• Familiar with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST frameworks.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures to evaluate AI-generated responses.
• Classify and assess compliance scenarios across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks.
• Evaluate risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation for accuracy and reasoning quality.
• Generate and validate training data and evaluation benchmarks for AI systems.
• Provide structured, precise written feedback that helps AI models improve their GRC reasoning.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
