TELUS Digital invites a specialist to join our AI Governance & Strategy Community. You will shape trust, safety, and value at the intersection of business, law, and technology, designing frameworks for scalable, responsible AI deployments.

You will collaborate with executives, build governance structures, assess regulatory impacts (EU AI Act, GDPR), and drive organizational literacy in ethical AI adoption across the global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law (Digital/Tech), MIS or Ethics/Philosophy; MBA/JD preferred.
• Native-level proficiency in your primary language is mandatory to engage regional stakeholders.
• English proficiency minimum B1 to collaborate with the global community and interpret regulatory frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Roadmap Development with executive stakeholders and ROI alignment.
• Governance Framework Design including RACI, policy guidelines, and ethical reviews.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management across EU AI Act, GDPR, and NIST RMF.
• Ethical Oversight & Transparency through model explainability & fairness rubrics.
• Organizational Change & Literacy to bridge the AI expertise barrier.
