Avenga is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform / AI Engineer to join a large-scale AI transformation program. You will join a newly established AI Factory delivering enterprise AI and automation solutions across the organization.

You will work with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to build AI agents and low-code solutions. The role focuses on prompt engineering, production-ready solutions, and collaboration with architects, data engineers and QA engineers within an

Qualifications

Commercial experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience with Copilot Studio or another enterprise low-code / AI platform.
Hands-on experience building automation workflows and AI-powered solutions.
Understanding of prompt engineering and AI agent configuration.
Strong debugging and testing skills.
Experience working in Agile, pod-based or squad-based delivery teams.
Ability to prepare clear technical documentation and handover material.

Responsabilités

Build AI agents and automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
Develop production-ready low-code solutions based on business requirements.
Configure prompts, agent behavior and orchestration logic; collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Engineers and QA Engineers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Support unit and integration testing before production release.
Prepare technical documentation and hand over solutions to support teams.
Continuously improve reusable components for future AI use cases.
