Owkin is seeking a Computational Biologist to contribute to the discovery of better treatments by developing and using agentic AI systems. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary Biomedical team in Paris or remotely in France, UK or Germany, focusing on multi-omics data to navigate target and drug discovery.

Ideal candidates have MSc/PhD in related fields, experience with omics data and ML tools, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, biology, ML, or related field.
• Experience with omics data and NGS data processing pipelines.
• Familiarity with agentic AI systems and data analyses.
• Good programming skills in Python.

Responsabilités

• Contribute analyses to identify novel drug targets, biomarkers, and disease subtypes from multi-omics data.
• Analyze biomedical datasets using classical or novel omics methods and ML/DL algorithms.
• Collaborate with Owkin’s R&Tech and Biomedical teams to interpret results and design validation strategies.
• Contribute visuals and analyses for internal and external communications.
