• Proficient with Excel, capable of large datasets and complex formulas.
• Interest in data, reporting, and analysis over campaign execution.
• Experience in data-heavy roles such as Marketing Operations or Analytics.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities and curiosity.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
• Maintain dashboards and ensure a single source of truth with clear documentation.
• Perform data-quality checks across sources and resolve issues.
• Build Salesforce CRM reports to answer ad hoc questions.
• Use CRM/BI/AI tools to analyze datasets and configure dashboards.
• Analyze programme performance against KPIs and identify opportunities.
• Deliver actionable insights to marketing stakeholders, supporting Demand Generation.
• Manage data requests and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes.
• Improve reporting quality and cross-team data collaboration.
