AlphaLife Sciences is seeking a Product Specialist / Customer Success professional to tailor AI-enabled clinical research SaaS solutions for our clients. You will configure workflows, train users, and manage multi-client projects ensuring on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes rapid understanding of customer needs, effective communication, and documenting outcomes. Relevant experience in life sciences software is highly valued, with US visa sponsorship not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring, supporting or implementing software solutions, preferably in clinical or regulatory areas.
• 1–5 years in product specialist, customer success or consulting roles.
• Ability to rapidly understand client requirements and articulate viable solutions.
• Experience fulfilling customer needs and managing expectations.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Configure and tailor applications to meet customer workflows and formats.
• Train users and administrators on product usage.
• Coordinate customer projects to meet scope and timelines.
• Provide post-go-live administrative support for multiple clients.
• Support pre-sales activities, including demos and proposals.
• Analyze and deploy new product features.
• Maintain production and sandbox environments.
• Create regular and ad hoc customer reports.
• Participate in ongoing customer success initiatives.
