Job summary

Allianz Consulting France seeks a proactive Consultant to join the Compliance & Resilience practice in Paris. You will support a broad range of regulatory and resilience projects and assist in governance design and process improvements.

Under the guidance of senior staff, you will contribute to remediation programs, regulatory implementation, and client delivery while collaborating with a multicultural team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and proactive approach.
• Fluent in English and French, with excellent communication.
• Masters degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in compliance, risk or resilience within insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support engagements under guidance of Engagement Manager or Principal Consultant.
• Assist in governance design and operating models for compliance and resilience.
• Support regulatory remediation and interpretation of new regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and stakeholder relationship management.
