Job summary

Allianz Consulting France in Paris is seeking a motivated Consultant to join our Finance Transformation practice. You will support finance transformation projects across a range of client engagements, analyzing processes and delivering end-to-end improvements.

The role requires a Master's degree and 2+ years in finance transformation, with strong analytical and communication skills and fluency in French and English. A hybrid work setup with remote options and health benefits is offered.

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Consultant to join our Finance Transformation practice area, located in Paris (France) and support us on a broad range of projects of different scope and complexity.

Our Finance Transformation Team Focuses On

• Optimization of financial processes: analyzing and redesigning financial processes end-to-end to enhance operational efficiency and overall performance.
• Design and implementation of finance solutions: developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions and strategies that drive financial excellence and transformation for our clients.
• Adaptation to evolving business needs: continuously adjusting financial practices, tools, and ways of working to meet the evolving needs of Allianz Group entities and clients.
• Collaborative project delivery: working closely with client teams to analyze financial processes, design solutions, and implement strategies that enhance performance and efficiency.

• 2+ years of experience in finance transformation and the insurance industry, gained in consulting or related roles, with a strong track record of successful project support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Demonstrate very good knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful finance transformation
