ixolabs.ai is seeking a part-time legal practitioner to contribute to AI training data and evaluation for real-world practice. You will draft and review documents, validate AI outputs, and help develop prompts for client inquiries and negotiations.

The ideal candidate has a JD, active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and 3+ years of litigation, transactional, or advisory work, with strong ethics and the ability to explain complex concepts for AI training.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3+ years of active legal practice in litigation, transactional, or advisory roles.
• Experience drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and advising clients.
• Strong understanding of legal ethics and professional responsibility for AI training contexts.
• Ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly for AI training.

Responsabilités

• Generate high-quality training data based on real-world legal scenarios.
• Review and refine AI-generated documents and research outputs for accuracy.
• Provide expert evaluations on legal documents, identifying key clauses and risks.
• Develop and validate prompts simulating client inquiries, filings, or negotiations.
• Offer feedback on AI understanding of context and potential strategies.
