Qualifications

• J.D. or paralegal certificate with extensive legal document review experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in legal document review, eDiscovery, or litigation support.
• Proficiency with eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw) and legal tech tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with various legal document types across corporate, litigation, real estate.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain high quality standards under project deadlines.

• Thoroughly review and evaluate AI-generated summaries and analyses of legal documents.
• Verify the accuracy of AI's identification of key clauses, parties, dates, and legal concepts.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve AI's ability to flag privileged, confidential, or responsive information for eDiscovery.
• Assess AI's adherence to formatting guidelines and legal citation standards (Bluebook, ALWD).
• Identify and correct instances where AI misinterprets context, intent, or legal implications.
• Contribute to the development of robust training datasets for AI models focused on legal document classification and extraction.
