Haddad Brands Europe in Saint-Denis is seeking an AI & Digital Innovation Specialist to lead the AI strategy and deliver high-impact solutions. You will design and deploy AI-powered workflows, copilots, and analytics, aligning them with business goals and governance requirements.

Collaborating with IT, Security, and Data teams, you will drive adoption, measure value, and coach users across our organization while staying abreast of the latest Generative AI developments. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI, data analytics, automation or digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, ML and LLMs.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, Claude, or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Able to explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on willingness to set up workstations or troubleshoot AI solutions.

• Design and deploy AI-powered solutions using Copilot, Azure AI, and LLMs.
• Develop intelligent assistants, copilots, automations, and analytics.
