Hire Feed is seeking a Data Scientist/Analyst on a full-time basis to develop and maintain high-quality Python code for training and optimizing AI models. You will collaborate with researchers and annotators to implement reinforcement learning with human feedback and refine reward models.

You will design, evaluate, and rank AI outputs, and develop explanations and rationales for evaluations, showcasing strong reasoning and technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and model development.
• Experience with data science and machine learning techniques.
• Ability to extract insights from public databases.
• Strong debugging and creating thorough technical documentation.
• Excellent communication to articulate reasoning in notebooks or similar formats.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient code to train and optimize AI models.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across domains.
• Develop explanations and rationales for evaluations with strong technical reasoning.
• Lead supervised fine-tuning, including creating high-quality datasets.
