Front is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Copilot team to own the AI assistant product embedded in Front’s inbox, coordinating across engineering, design, data, and go-to-market to deliver high-impact solutions that streamline customer-facing workflows.

You will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution, working with executive stakeholders to align priorities and drive business impact in a fast-paced, privacy-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or related roles in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong design thinking and systems thinking to break down complex problems and envision cohesive solutions.
• Excellent product intuition and taste; know what great looks like.
• Ownership mindset; take responsibility for outcomes and business impact.
• Customer empathy; champion the customer and ship improvements addressing pain points.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; manage senior stakeholders and inspire action.
• Execution-oriented; manage multiple work streams and ship with high quality.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI and AI tooling; understand AI product nuances.

Responsabilités

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Front’s Copilot product, guiding prioritization and sequencing to maximize impact.
• Use quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback to identify opportunities and improve the product.
• Lead end-to-end product development from problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Partner with engineering and design; collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, data, sales, and GTM.
• Drive clarity and alignment among executives and adjacent teams across the organization.
