Job summary

CMA CGM Group in Marseille offers an end-of-studies internship in AI Engagement & Adoption. You will join the AI division to accelerate AI adoption, supporting users from community engagement to product assistance on a daily basis.

This 6-month internship is based at the head office in Marseille and provides exposure to international teams and a hands-on experience with CMA CGM AI products. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bac+5 in business school, engineering school or university.
• Specialization in communication, digital transformation or information systems.
• Strong communication and audience engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Run AI Office Hours sessions across teams.
• Maintain AI knowledge marketplace and encourage contributions.
• Moderate the AI Enthusiasts community and organize online events.
• Serve as Level-1 support for AI products like Maia.
