Job summary

FedEx Express FR recherche un Agent de support opérationnel pour effectuer des tâches administratives et coordonner les opérations quotidiennes. Le poste comprend la saisie de données, les activités Ramp, tri, traçage et dispatch, avec une part importante consacrée aux activités au bureau.

Compétences en communication et travail d’équipe requises, autonomie et bonne maîtrise d’Office. Anglais souhaité pour les activités internationales; horaires du lundi au vendredi, présence au bureau.

Qualifications

• Bonnes compétences en communication et esprit d’équipe.
• Capacité à gérer son temps de manière efficace en portant attention aux détails.
• Autonomie et aptitude à évoluer sur le terrain.
• Maîtrise du pack Office et outils informatiques.
• Capacité à résoudre des problèmes; l’anglais est souhaité pour les activités internationales.

Position Summary: Effectue des tâches administratives et coordonne des opérations quotidiennes, qui peuvent inclure la saisie de données, les activités Ramp, les activités de tri, les activités de traçage, les activités Dispatch et le service Client local. Bien que les tâches opérationnelles fassent partie du rôle de la fonction, la majeure partie du temps est consacrée aux activités au bureau.
