Job summary

N26 Inc. is seeking an AFC Associate / SAR Delegate (Déclarant Tracfin) to lead key Anti-Financial Crime Operations in France, focusing on AML-CFT investigations, due diligence support, and SAR submissions. You will guide AFC and KYC teams and help scale operations to meet regulatory expectations.

Ideal candidates have a law background with 3+ years in anti-financial crime and SAR drafting, fluent French and English, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English required.
• Strong investigative and analytical capabilities essential.
• Experience in anti-financial crime and SAR drafting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review AFC investigations and advise on complex cases.
• Oversee sanctions reviews and SAR drafting to meet authorities' expectations.
• Coordinate with AFC/KYC teams and provide guidance to analysts.
• Prepare templates for AFC Ops communications with customers.
• Improve local procedures according to regulatory challenges and group standards.
