A leading healthcare company in Boulogne-Billancourt is seeking a Country Training Manager to develop training strategies, deliver training programs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, training experience, and be fluent in French and English. This role offers the opportunity to make impactful changes within a robust organizational framework.
The Country Training Manager role is part of the Business Excellence department reporting the Business Excellence Associate Director. The role is responsible for building the knowledge and capabilities of the Allergan Aesthetics organization at a cluster level through the successful development / delivery of brand, customer engagement, and coaching training for commercial roles.

From a practical point of view and daily work life: we are currently located in Rungis; however, AbbVie France will be relocating to 5 / 13 Bd de la République, 92100 Boulogne‑Billancourt by the end of 2025. The new premises along the Seine will host the France and Europe teams, both therapeutic and aesthetics, in two newly renovated seven‑story buildings within a campus of four buildings.
Each floor will be equipped with meeting rooms and relaxation areas to promote collaboration and informal exchanges. The premises will also have outdoor spaces, including a green inner courtyard and a private rooftop with a view of the Seine, exclusively for AbbVie employees.
Numerous services will be offered on‑site: car and motorcycle parking with electric charging stations, bicycle storage, company restaurant, gym, as well as concierge service.
Located in a dynamic and lively district with many amenities, our future offices will be easily accessible by public transport with subway line 9, RER C, and buses 126, 189 and 289.
