Job summary

Safran seeks a Supply Chain Project Manager F/H to drive SCM transformation across the Seats Industrial division. You will coordinate cross-business-unit activities, including transfer of work and dual source projects, ensuring optimized supply chain flows with emphasis on customer needs and financial impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial supply chain, preferably aviation.
• Proven track record in devising and implementing supply chain strategies.
• Strong customer focus and impact awareness on delivery schedules.
• Ability to build strategic supplier partnerships beyond transactional relationships.
• Knowledge of MRP2 within ERP environments.
• Formal project management certification is a plus (PMP/APM/Prince2).
• APICS/CPIM qualification is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP, supplier portals and standard desktop tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic projects improving delivery performance, cost and inventory.
• Coordinate cross-site activities such as dual sourcing and transfer of work.
• Drive ramp-up plans and ensure alignment with OneSafran SCM standards.
• Oversee ERP core model adaptation and SC4.0 roadmap for new use cases.
• Provide governance for multi-site requirements and escalation when needed.
• Support set-up of new supply chain structures, roles and training plans.
